Re: From the time Tim Demerski showed up at my door with a tarp for my roof, to the last day of putting my house back together after Helene, Tim never missed a step as my contractor. He listened to all my concerns and answered any questions.Tim was my liaison with my insurance company, and the crews he sent to my house were very hard workers. I would definitely recommend Tim and Affordable Roofing.

Tim and his team did a great job! Tim is a good communicator and made us feel at ease during the process of repairing our roof. I was very nervous about all the repairs after damage from Helene. Tim took care of us. I highly recommend them for trust worthy work and pricing.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service from Tim at Affordable Roofing

We recently had a tree fall on our roof, and the stress was overwhelming. From the moment we contacted Affordable Roofing, Tim stepped in as a true professional. He not only coordinated the repair efficiently but also worked directly with our home insurance company to ensure everything was handled correctly. His dedication and customer first approach made a challenging situation much more manageable.

Tim's professionalism and genuine care for his clients were evident throughout the entire process. He kept us informed every step of the way and ensured the job was completed to the highest standards. It's rare to find someone who genuinely prioritizes the customer's peace of mind, and Tim did just that.

We are incredibly grateful for Tim's expertise and unwavering support. If you're looking for a roofing professional who truly has your best interests at heart, we wholeheartedly recommend Tim and Affordable Roofing.

I contacted Afforable Roofing to help understand potential costs of roof/attic repair for a small home in Pickens. Team was very direct, helpful, and quick in responding. Will keep them in my rolodex.
